The position offers hybrid working, with 3 office days per week in District III.

• Supporting retail and corporate IT developments by clarifying and refining business requirements.

• Ensuring smooth and efficient information flow across teams.

• Assisting in effort estimation for the IT implementation of business needs.

• Understanding the existing IT architecture and proposing modifications according to project plans.

• Analyzing, clarifying and improving business processes related to the project.

• Understanding and enhancing IT processes connected to the project.

• Preparing IT documentation, including design documents, process flows and diagrams.

• Providing technical guidance to development teams, especially during integration activities.

• Actively participating in agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, grooming).

• Contributing to testing activities: test support, test plan validation, API testing (Postman).

• Supporting UI/UX screen design creation (Figma, prototype-based design reviews).

• Reviewing and refining finalized screen designs.

• Supporting go-live activities for applications and projects.

• Assisting in incident management, identifying and analyzing issues during incidents.

• Relevant experience in the financial sector (banking, payment systems, IG1, IG2, AFR).

• Strong communication skills when interacting with both business and IT stakeholders.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Openness to hybrid work (3 office days per week).

• Knowledge of SQL, OpenAPI and UML.

• Confident use of Confluence and JIRA.

• Basic AWS knowledge is an advantage.
